Where did everybody go?

Manhattan. 9th. West village.

The megasonic eruption of sound pops like a champagne cork on ninth. Fresh millennial bodies click when they strut, a heel stomps and a flash of vanity explodes north toward God. Heavenly bodies. Outfits screaming at me to look and compare, to worship, to stare. Glass fortresses erect from concrete paths and the phallic metaphor isn't lost in the silhouette of perfect frames and perfect forms; as they shuffle past this trendy ghost. Stark contrasts of alabaster and ebony and everything mixed as are the colors between the white and black keys. I am a fixture as the subway is. I move and carry people or carry on and move people to their highness to the heiress and Her Highness. The slumped dead stare with pinned eyes and hollow hearts at walking dreams that hardly care.

it's then I see it rise in peaks. Its like giving water to the weak. It's dripping sex and strange and sweet. It's walk screams fuck so loud it shrieks. In moonlit skin so pale it leaks.

My flesh moves solid against a liquid sea. I cross a street, I part an ocean. I dive. I kick. I swim. I yell. Yet the tide still pushes it.

Further and further.

A burst, a shot rings from my lips. It's blinding push ascending to the sun. Every cell in my skin singing in its desperate song. The blood stops hot, singed and stinging, I burn in longing. A second ticks. I'm all alone. A crows cry in a stones throw away.

Silence; I then understand is not the absence of sound.

It is the absence of all.

In this silence; as the world stopped for me and held its breath.

It is in that moment. Before all was extinguished. That she finally turned around.

No. Lol. I don't rap. I haven't even listened to anything hip hop related since chief Keef came out. And that was like four or five years ago. I only listened to him because I heard that Chicago rappers were making "Drill" music and I wanted to hear it at the time. So if I rhyme it's just to hurry up a feeling. But thnx though.
